Privacy policy

Coffee with Claude is a personal tool with a single user, Rich Grote. No one else's account is ever connected.

What it accesses

• Google Calendar events, read-only (calendar.readonly).
• Gmail message metadata only: sender, recipients, subject and date. It does not read message bodies (gmail.metadata).

Where data goes

Data is fetched directly from Google to Rich's own computer and stored there. The access token is kept in the macOS Keychain. Nothing is sold, shared, or used for advertising.

Google API Services User Data Policy

Use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Removing access

Access can be revoked at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
